The product you know and use will continue. Support will remain the same. All outstanding quotes will be honored. The leadership team will help integrate the company into Netwrix and work with the Netwrix executive management team to help lead the MATESO business into this exciting new phase of operation.

How will this affect Password Secure?
MATESO will continue to offer its powerful German-made product and provide timely support and product updates to customers. Meanwhile, the extensive Netwrix data security product portfolio will afford you valuable options to more cost-effectively address a broader range of your cybersecurity and compliance needs from a single innovative and trusted vendor.
What will happen to the MATESO brand?
In the near term, both companies will continue to operate as separate, standalone brands with the exception that MATESO will be known as “MATESO, now part of Netwrix.” The combined leadership teams will determine the business brand, vision and strategy. This information will be communicated in a transparent and timely manner.
How will the acquisition affect previous or ongoing sales and support contracts?
MATESO will continue to operate as before. It will honor all previous commitments, including current support contracts, ongoing projects and outstanding sales quotes.
If you receive invoices from a certified partner, your billing process will not change. If you receive them from MATESO, then starting soon, invoices will be emailed from accounting@netwrix.com. To ensure receipt of these and other future communications, please whitelist the netwrix.com domain.
In order to facilitate electronic payments, please establish Netwrix as a vendor in your systems. Please send an email to Mateso.Acquisition@netwrix.com with the subject “Requesting Netwrix Supplier Information” and we will provide a document with all the necessary details.
We will notify you separately of any other operational changes to the current processes as our two businesses work together in the coming months.
How will the acquisition impact customer service and support?
Our commitment to servicing and supporting our customers does not change. MATESO customers will continue to receive the high-quality customer service and technical support they receive today through the same systems and resources they currently use. Over time, our leadership team will evaluate how to structure our support programs to best serve our present and future customers.
Who should I call if I have a support issue?
You should continue to use the same method of getting support that you use today. For technical concerns, simply submit a ticket via the MATESO support portal.
Who should I call for a sales or renewal inquiry?
Please submit your sales and renewal inquiries through the same channels you used before. We will notify you if the contact details change.
