What will happen to MATESO as a company?

The product you know and use will continue. There are no plans to “end of life” Password Secure. Support will remain the same. All outstanding quotes will be honored. The leadership team will continue to manage MATESO, as well as help integrate the company into Netwrix to help lead the MATESO business into this exciting new phase of operation.

How will this affect Password Secure?

MATESO will continue to offer its powerful, German-made product and provide timely support and product updates to customers.

What will happen to the MATESO brand?

In the near term, both companies will continue to operate as separate, standalone brands with the exception that MATESO will be known as “MATESO, now part of Netwrix.” The combined leadership teams will determine the business brand, vision and strategy. This information will be communicated in a transparent and timely manner.

How will this affect ongoing sales?

MATESO will continue to operate as before. It will honor all previous commitments, including ongoing projects and outstanding sales quotes.
