MATESO will continue to offer its powerful German-made product and provide timely support and product updates to its customers. Additionally, the broad Netwrix product portfolio may afford MATESO customers new opportunities to strengthen their data security.

In the near term, both companies will continue to operate as separate, standalone brands with the exception that MATESO will be known as “MATESO, now part of Netwrix.” Beyond that, the combined leadership teams will determine the business brand, vision and strategy. This information will be communicated in a transparent and timely manner.

Partners and the channel are critical to our success and the success of our customers. MATESO and Netwrix will continue to focus on our joint commitment to the channel going forward. 

MATESO will continue to operate as before and will honor all previous commitments and outstanding quotes.  

If you receive invoices from a distributor, your billing process will not change. If you receive them from MATESO, then starting soon, invoices will be emailed from accounting@netwrix.com. To ensure receipt of these and other future communications, please whitelist the netwrix.com domain. To further facilitate the processing of invoices from Netwrix, please establish Netwrix as a vendor in your system(s). To execute this, we are giving you access to a document named Netwrix Supplier Information form signed.pdf. It includes information necessary to facilitate electronic payment. It is available on the home page of MATESO Partner Portal after you log in with your credentials.  

If you do not have access to the Partner portal, please send an email to Mateso.Acquisition@netwrix.com with the subject “Requesting Netwrix Supplier Information” and we will share this document with you. 

We will notify you separately of any other operational changes to the current processes as our two businesses work together in the coming months.

You will continue to engage with the respective companies as you do today. If there are any changes, you will be informed in a timely manner. The leadership teams will work together over the coming months on the integration plan. More details on channel programs for the combined company will be provided later.
