Your Tasks:
Setting up and managing the (remote) customer support team
Implementation of deep dive analyses
Coaching and controlling of team membersAnalysis and optimization of existing processes, strategies and procedures
Setting and maintaining quality standards for support
Your Profile:
At least 5 years in a leading position in customer support, in addition to a professional career in software support
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent professional experience
Strong oral and written communication skills in German and EnglishProfound knowledge in the area of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 as well as with Active Directory
Experience around Terminal Server, desktop virtualization techniques, knowledge in administration
Knowledge in the areas of network technology, firewall, DMZ and Proxyserver
High comprehension of complex relationships and systems
High willingness to further educate oneself autodidactically
