Head of Support (m/f/d)

You are passionate about leading a support team, but at the same time you don`t want to lose your technical edge? In order to continuously expand our market position, we are looking for a Head of Support (m/f/d) to support our partners and customers as soon as possible.



Augsburg (possibly also Berlin / remote)

Your Tasks:

  • Setting up and managing the (remote) customer support team

  • Implementation of deep dive analyses

  • Coaching and controlling of team membersAnalysis and optimization of existing processes, strategies and procedures

  • Setting and maintaining quality standards for support


Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years in a leading position in customer support, in addition to a professional career in software support

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German and EnglishProfound knowledge in the area of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 as well as with Active Directory

  • Experience around Terminal Server, desktop virtualization techniques, knowledge in administration

  • Knowledge in the areas of network technology, firewall, DMZ and Proxyserver

  • High comprehension of complex relationships and systems

  • High willingness to further educate oneself autodidactically


Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in an enterprise organization where the support function has interdependencies with engineering, development, etc. 
  • Experience leading in a remote, fast growing organization
